About us
The Ukrainian Center NGO was founded on December 1, 2023.
We joined forces to make this project a reality. Thanks to the support of the USF Foundation and its founder with a big heart, Agnes Sirg, who has been helping Ukrainian women and children since the first days of the full-scale invasion, we began active work on the development of the Ukrainian community in Pärnu.
