Polina Vitiuk
Project Manager for Children and Youth Initiatives in the Ukrainian Community of Pärnu. In Estonia since March 2022, originally from Dnipropetrovsk region. Founder of several initiatives aimed at supporting and developing children and youth within the Ukrainian community. A certified special education teacher and early childhood educator with 10 years of experience working in both public and private institutions. An active community leader, coordinator, organizer, and volunteer, she plays a key role in the creation and implementation of social projects to support children and families affected by the war. "With faith in our hearts — towards victory!"
Viktoriia Kuzmenko
Leader of interest-based clubs and coordinator of educational projects. Arrived in Estonia in May 2022 from Kremenchuk. Graduated from Kremenchuk Pedagogical College with a degree in “Primary School Teacher (Grades 1-4) and English Teacher.” Holds a second higher education degree in “Educational Psychology.” Has experience working in the social sphere, as well as in private and public educational institutions. Since 2022, has been implementing social projects to support Ukrainian refugees in Pärnu, Estonia. Served as a volunteer teacher and project executor of the "Summer School-Camp in Pärnu." Active civic activist. “There is nothing more difficult yet simpler than being sincere in today's world.”
Tetiana Podolska
Manager of integration projects and projects supporting national minorities. Arrived in Estonia in March 2022 from Kharkiv. Graduated from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University with a degree in sociology, and as a teacher of social sciences. Holds a second higher education degree in Finance and Credit. Worked as a coordinator for Ukrainian affairs at the Estonian Migration and Border Guard Department from 2022 to 2024. Civic activist and volunteer. "By helping others, you help yourself"
All the founders of the organization actively worked on the formation, support and development of the Ukrainian community in Pärnu.
They helped with paperwork, the formation of information platforms, contributed to the psychological adaptation of women and children, and plan to continue to do so for the successful integration and support of their native cultural, creative and educational center in Estonia.
It is time to unite for the sake of preserving culture, language, and traditions. Our society is open to new partnership projects and fresh ideas)))
